Steve Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers set to perform at Peace Center in May

Steve Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers are bringing their award-winning bluegrass collaboration to the Peace Center for the Performing Arts along with special guest Edie Brickell.

The show is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. May 30 and will highlight Martin and Brickell’s soon-to-be released duet album “Love Has Come for You,” which features Martin’s unique five-string banjo style with Brickell’s distinct vocals and instrumental assistance from The Steep Canyon Rangers.

Tickets start at $45 and will go on sale 10 a.m. Saturday EST at all official Peace Center ticket outlets, which include www.peacecenter.org; the Peace Center Box Office located at 300 S. Main St., Greenville, and by phone at 864-467-3000 or toll-free at 800-888-7768.

This is Martin’s second performance at the Peace Center and Brickell’s first. Rounder Recording artists The Steep Canyon Rangers hail from nearby Brevard, N.C.
